Mona is passionate about the matchmaking processes and strengthening diversity and inclusion.
Mona is VD at TLNT8GNT and and previously worked at Prime – Weber Shandwick, Bohmans Network, and Proffice (Ranstad). Mona is also active in the Rainbow Fund (Regnbågsfonden), which works with LGBTQ issues, further strengthening Wes’ diversity expertise.
Diversity is in Mona’s DNA and is a great passion as she has lived in six countries, speaks six different languages, and has visited over 40+ countries.
Mona holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Berkeley and has studied communications and marketing at Santa Monica College in the United States and Berghs School of Communication in Stockholm. Prior to that, she also studied law at Stockholms University. Mona is certified in SHL’s professional, personality, and skills assessments, including OPQ, MQ, and Verify.
